The Y is dedicated to creating opportunities and reducing barriers for equitable pathways for everyone to thrive. YMCA BC offers free, barrier-reduced programs that support newcomers, youth, and adults as they build their careers, strengthen language skills, explore entrepreneurship and connect with their communities.
Every program is designed to create safety, belonging and equitable access for people navigating employment or settlement in British Columbia.

Employment Services are delivered in Kamloops under contract with Open Door Group and WorkBC. This program is funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
