Is your workout getting stale? Are you looking to get to the next level? Or do you just need some help getting started? A YMCA personal trainer will work with you to create a workout plan tailored to meet your needs and help guide you through it. Programming availability varies by centre location.

Certified trainers work with individuals to create personalized plans based on experience, goals and comfort level. Whether you are just getting started, returning to exercise or looking to take the next step, personal training offers structure, motivation and expert support along the way.
