Moving Through Menopause
Program overview

All too often, women experience perimenopause and menopause without the support or guidance they need, especially when it comes to fitness and strength. This timely, evidence-based program is the YMCA's way of breaking the stigma and raising the bar for women's midlife health.

Many women aren’t sure how to adjust their fitness during perimenopause or after. Moving through Menopause focuses on building functional strength, supporting bone health, and creating a space where women feel seen, supported, strong and more informed.

This program is available in Greater Vancouver and Kamloops.
