Our programs make it easier to stay active, try something new and build healthy habits that last. Whether you are looking for structure, flexibility, skill-building or community, the Y offers spaces where people can thrive together.

YMCA BC members enjoy access to well-equipped fitness centres with modern strength and cardio equipment, designed to support all fitness levels. Group fitness classes are included with membership and offered throughout the week, creating opportunities to stay motivated and active together.
From indoor cycling and strength training to yoga and pilates (and dozens more!), classes are led by experienced instructors and designed to be fun, inclusive, and energizing for all ages and abilities.







Aquatics programs at the Y support fitness, safety, and confidence in the water. Members can enjoy lane swimming, leisure swims, aqua-fit and aquatic fitness classes at select locations.
YMCA BC’s continuous swim lessons for children and adults focus on water safety, skill development, and comfort in the water. With flexible options and a supportive environment, participants can progress at their own pace.





From recreation and after-school activities to family programs and youth initiatives, YMCA BC's Child, youth and family programs create safe and welcoming spaces for children and youth to learn, grow and stay active. Family-focused offerings make it easier for everyone to participate and feelpart of the Y community.






YMCA BC's personal training provides guidance and support to help members reach their fitness and wellness goals. Certified trainers work with individuals to create personalized plans based on experience, goals and comfort level.
Whether you are just getting started, returning to exercise, orlooking to take the next step, personal training offers structure, motivation and expert support along the way.

Drop-in sports and sports leagues at the Y offer fun, social ways to stay active and connect with others. From casual recreational play to organized leagues, these programs are designed for a range of ages and skill levels with a focus on participation, teamwork, and enjoyment.

Y sports leagues help children and youth develop a lifelong love of physical activity by building skills, confidence, teamwork, and fun.
Led by trained staff and volunteers, YMCA leagues support skill development, positive sportsmanship, and a sense of belonging in the community.
