InterviewME is delivered by YMCA BC’s Employment Services and focuses on connecting job-ready participants with employers through practical, employer-driven engagement.

The program is built around creating timely, meaningful matches between:

Program Activities - Participants take part in a mix of workshops, employer engagement, and hiring events:

  • Workshops:
    • Resume and cover letter development
    • Interview preparation and job search strategies
    • Workplace readiness and confidence building
  • Employer Engagement:
    • Guest speakers and industry panels
    • Employer-led mock interviews with feedback

  • Hiring Events:
    • Signature InterviewME hiring events
    • Targeted recruitment events aligned with active hiring needs
