At YMCA BC, we believe every newcomer youth deserves a strong start to their career journey in Canada. Connect2Work program is dedicated to bridging the gap between settlement and employment, offering the essential skills, coaching and connections you need to confidently build your future in the local job market.
Connect2Work is a free, pre-employment program that supports newcomer youth (ages 15 to 30) and adults (30+) in developing essential life and job readiness skills. Participants take part in workshops, receive one-on-one employment coaching, build communication and English language skills, digital skills and gain access to networking opportunities.
