Mental Wellness Workshops provide introductory learning on mental health and emotional well-being through accessible, practical sessions for families and caregivers. Topics include mindfulness, self-compassion for caregivers, understanding anxiety or depression and supporting youth mental wellness. Sessions blend learning with hands-on activities such as games, stories and art, making the content engaging and family-friendly.
