YMCA BC is committed to being a supportive partner in your recovery. Our Heart and Lung Health programs help you reduce health risks and improve your physical quality of life, ensuring you feel empowered and cared for as you heal.
YCMA BC's Heart and Lung Health programs offer specialized Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation through graduated, clinically supervised, and individualized exercise plans. Both programs include group-based education that supports healthy behaviour change, symptom monitoring, and long term risk reduction.
Participants receive medical oversight, compassionate guidance, and a community of peers with shared lived experience. Our Heart and Lung Health programs provide a safe, inclusive environment where clinically supervised exercise meets community connection.
